Shredding It at Subiefest California

Subiefest California is one of the world’s largest Subaru enthusiast events, and on September 
18, 2022, after a two-year hiatus, Subiefest came back bigger and better than ever, and Fumoto
was there for all the action! We were supposed to be at Subiefest in 2020, but like everything 
fun and good in the world, it was canceled. This was our first event since Covid, and what a 
way to start off our year of events!
Some of our most loyal customers are Subaru owners, and it was great to be out there meeting 
our fans in person on a sunny California day.

The event drew thousands of Subarus and Subaru enthusiasts from all across the country to the
Nos Event Center in San Bernadino, California for a full day of fun and excitement. Subie 
owners got to test their cars’ limits on the All-Subaru Autocross track and enter their Subies in 
various competitions. There were RC car events, tech seminars, and exhaust competitions. And
of course, there were dozens of vendors with killer deals and offerings. Notable participants 
included KillerB, Advanced Clutch Technology, HPS, A’PEXi, and Custom Japanese Plates. 
Among these well-known vendor names in Subie culture is Fumoto, and we don’t take this 
honor for granted!
Our Fumoto team, including our company President Yuho Yamamoto who flew out from the 
New York executive office, met a number of Fumoto fans at our booth. Over the years, we’ve 
seen many an Instagram post or YouTube video featuring our Fumoto Engine Oil Valves on 
Subies, and we had many fans come up to our booth to tell us how they enjoy using our product
on their Subies. While we got to meet our fans, we also got to give them some goodies. Our 
popular wheel of fortune prize wheel was a hit. Winners walked away with Fumoto swag, 
including t-shirts, car decals, and oil change stickers. For the Subie enthusiasts who hadn’t 
heard of Fumoto or didn’t yet have a Fumoto Valve, many bought valves for their Subies right 
from our booth. And one lucky winner in the Subiefest raffle won a tool box with the Fumoto logo
on it filled with Fumoto products.
